Dear sailors,
The weather forecast looks great and we are very happy to welcome all of you tomorrow at Hellecat for our biggest event of the year: Weekend Round Tiengemeten.
We are very busy with the last preparations, but here is some last minute info:
Boats can be brought to the beach today from 12.00 until the last person leaves the clubhouse. It is therefor smart to call the club before bringing your boat.
On Saturday boats can be brought from 8.00 AM. Registration is possible at the Lifeguard office on the beach, 4x4s will be there to transport your boat and there is plenty of parking space to leave your car.
The regatta office is open for registration from 8.00 – 10.30
Note: preregistered sailors should also come to the regatta office to sign their entry form.
The briefing will be held at 11.00 on the terrace of our club.
The first warning signal is at 11.55 on the water, right in front of our club.
We will organize a dinner on Saturday after the race, for sailors this is free of charge. Supporters, friends and family that would like to join the dinner can buy a ticket at the bar.
After the race and dinner everyone is welcome to stay as long as they want and enjoy some music and some drinks!
